Where is my order? When do boxes ship?

All Subscription orders placed during the current month will be shipped during the first full week of the following month. For example, if you placed your order on on July 10th, your box would ship out during the first full week of August.
All classic and snack subscription orders are processed in the first week of the month. Please allow 5-10 business days for final delivery from when Tracking Number is first issued. Canadian West Coast Deliveries will take longer to arrive and it is not uncommon for final delivery to be mid-month.
All marketplace orders are processed 3-4 business from the order date. During holiday periods processing times will be 2-3 business days to ensure orders are received as soon as possible.
