We understand mistakes happen and we hope you do too. Refunds are available for duplicate orders made in error.
We do not offer refunds for late shipments or for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. We also don't offer refunds for damaged products. However, we are happy to issue replacements at no cost. We just ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so that we can relay that back to our featured artisan of the month.
