You should have received a tracking number with final delivery window information sent to email you have provided on account. To find your tracking number:
Please log-in to your account: Click MY ACCOUNT and VIEW ORDER on the order in question.
Click on Tracking number in blue to confirm delivery date.
If your tracking shows that the box hasn't moved in over a week or that a week has gone past since your expected delivery date please let us know so that we can look into the issue, it usually means that the box was lost in transit.
